I was born to a Navy family in the Canal Zone,
Panama. My family was soon transferred to New London,
Connecticut and my formative years were centered in Niantic,
Connecticut. I received a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in
Interior Design from the University of Connecticut in 1971.
I chose Boston, Massachusetts in 1972 as a home base
to develop my career as a creative person and my first collage was
created in 1975. My work includes fine art, garden design, floral
design, lecturing, interior design and display, and has taken me
across the United States and to Europe. I have settled in
Glastonbury, Connecticut, where home, garden, studio and family make
for an enriching experience.
Over the last forty years my work has been exhibited in the
United States and Europe and is included in a number of private
collections.
My work is featured in
The Inspired Garden, Twenty Four Artists
Share Their Vision.
